Chalet Silvretta Hotel & Spa - Samnaun

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful valley. The location was perfect, right in the center of this lovely village. From my balcony, I had a fantastic view of the high mountains. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during breakfast and dinner. The menu was delicious, offering a different four-course meal every night. The portions were small enough to savor each dish but still left me feeling satisfied. The hotel also had a swimming pool and spa facilities, although I was too busy exploring the area to use them. this place provided a luxurious experience with its enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location in the center of town made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the spa area with a fantastic pool and plenty of sauna options. The staff was cute and helpful, making me feel right at home. Finally, the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the ski slopes and the town's central area. the hotel offered a wide range of spa services, and the massage was fantastic. I also appreciated the spacious and well, equipped spa facilities.

Due to the off, season, many of the restaurants and shops in the area were closed. our room was too hot, and the in, floor heating made it difficult to regulate the temperature.

the service was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. the room offered excellent storage space and lovely views of the surrounding mountains.

The size of the ski lockers didn't provide enough space for us to store all our equipment.

The breakfast and dinner were tasty, with a wide selection of dishes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city center. I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel didn't meet my expectations. The staff lacked warmth and hospitality, showing no interest in providing us with information about the city or hotel facilities.
